Click the Button Skills Hub
A larger tree than the Demo — described by branch effects, not invented titles.
The skill tree is how Click the Button turns chest money into a finished evening. LoopCap released on 26 August 2026 (Windows, Godot, ~300 MB, $3.99 USD, ~$3.39 at launch 15% off). Overwhelmingly Positive, 500+ reviews. Most 100% runs take 70–120 minutes. Extra stacks and golden cuties add about 1–2 hours. Our Constellation is official Steam text: maximize all upgrades in the skill tree. That is the hub’s north star. This wiki will not invent proper nouns LoopCap did not print in the client.
Skill Tree is how to read the UI: click-side effects, idle-side effects, collection-adjacent effects, and launch’s merge upgrade. Best Build is an evening spend order, not a 50-hour respec guide — there is no published respec. How to Make Money is the wallet companion.
Demo tree versus full tree
The Demo (4805850, Very Positive, some ~40 minute clears) is a smaller constellation. The full game (3946950) added new upgrades, new items, a larger skill tree, gacha, button/background cosmetics, and merge. Do not screenshot the Demo and call Our Constellation done. Demo vs Full.
Merge is part of the launch spend list. Demo players reported crashes when rebirthing after opening a large number of chests. People thanked merge for stopping that pattern. Buy it. Details on rebirth.
How skills fit the other 14 ticks
Click counts (100 / 1,000 / 10,000) happen while you play. Rarity discover-all happens on chests. Born Collector! still wants 1,000 of each item — duplicates matter; the tree does not replace stacks. Gacha cuties pause the sim; maxing the tree with the machine open is how idle-side nodes earn nothing. Gacha. Prince has no public description. Dungeon Master is chest types × 1,000.
No promo codes. No listed Steam Cloud. Save anytime locally. Keyboard-only is fine. Autoclickers can crash — they are not a “CPS skill.” Ghost chests are bugs (troubleshooting). The Supporter Pack does not max the tree.
How to use this hub tonight
Open the tree. Buy every affordable node. Do not wait for a wiki name. If a node is grey, it is not maximized. If gacha is open, close it. If the Demo is asking you to prestige after a chest binge, stop and read rebirth. If you want the 15 ticks in order, 100% completion. If you want controls and the 1280×720 corner bug, controls.
This hub’s closing job is simple: the constellation is a UI, not a lore book. Max it. Do not memorize fan titles. That is the entire skills philosophy for a $3.99 clicker that Steam already finished reviewing as Overwhelmingly Positive.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to common questions about the game.
What is the official max-tree achievement?
Our Constellation — maximize all upgrades in the skill tree. The full game’s tree is larger than the Demo’s.
Can I respec?
No published respec. Spend as nodes appear. The campaign is 70–120 minutes; you can finish the tree in that window.
Why don’t you list skill names?
This wiki does not invent official titles. Use whatever the client prints. Describe branches by effect if you are writing notes.
Does the Supporter Pack add skills?
No. It is $1.99 cosmetic DLC: six button appearances and a custom scenario.
Should I use an autoclicker to unlock skills faster?
No. Autoclickers can crash the game.
