Click the Button Demo is Steam app 4805850. Reception is Very Positive. Some players beat that slice in about 40 minutes. Click the Button (full) is app 3946950, launched 26 August 2026 by LoopCap: Windows, Godot, 300 MB, $3.99 USD ($3.39 at 15% off), Overwhelmingly Positive with 500+ reviews. Typical full 100% is 70–120 minutes, plus 1–2 hours if you chase 1,000 of each item and golden cuties.

The Demo is a fair test of clicking and chests. It is a poor test of the finished product. Plan 100% on 3946950.

What the full game adds

LoopCap’s full release added, relative to the Demo taste:

• Gacha — cuties, goldens, and a UI that pauses the sim while open. Gacha. Achievements: They’re So Cute! and At Last, All of Them.
• New upgrades and a larger skill tree. Our Constellation is maximize all upgrades in the skill tree. A Demo screenshot is not the whole constellation. Skill tree.
• New items on top of the six rarities (Broken / Nice / Expensive / Robust / Nocturnal / Extraterrestrial = common through mythical).
• Button and background cosmetics in the base game, separate from DLC skins.
• Merge upgrade — the change Demo veterans thanked for stopping rebirth-after-many-chests crashes. Rebirth.

Keyboard-only, save anytime, no timed input: both clients. No promo codes on either. Steam Cloud is not listed. Saves are local; do not assume a Demo file becomes a Cloud clone on another PC.

What the Demo is for

Trying the button. Seeing chests. Deciding if a clicker makes you happy. If the 40-minute slice bored you, the full gacha-pause-and-stacks loop will not convert you. If it delighted you, buy 3946950 and use Getting Started.

Do not stress-test prestige at the end of a long Demo chest binge. That is the crash report. Do not autoclick; both builds can crash. Troubleshooting. If fullscreen is a 1280×720 stamp in the corner, that report is Demo-flavored — controls.

DLC sits on the full game only

Supporter Pack is DLC 5110650, $1.99, six exclusive button appearances plus design-your-own-scenario. It requires 3946950. Buying it on a Demo-only account does nothing useful. It does not unlock gacha, max the tree, or skip Born Collector! (1,000 of each item — duplicates matter).

Carry-over honesty

This wiki will not promise a perfect Demo→full save migrate. Cloud is not listed. If both apps on the same Windows install can see the same local file, you might keep progress. If you bought on another machine, copy files yourself or start fresh — a 70–120 minute campaign makes “start fresh” cheap.

Achievements on the Steam account and collection state in the save are not the same thing. You can have ticks and still lack stacks after a file swap.

Should you upgrade?

Yes if you liked the click and want gacha, the larger tree, new items, cosmetics, merge, and the real 15-tick list. No if the Demo already felt like enough button. Maybe if you only want review permission — the score is on the full launch, not the Demo slice.

The Demo is a 40-minute handshake. The full game is a 70–120 minute evening with an optional extra hour of stacks and goldens. Do not let a Very Positive Demo convince you that 100% is already done. That mix-up is the whole reason this page exists, and it does not need a recycled “session limit of five to ten hours” myth from the old draft.
